Impacta call recorder allows calls recording on TDM and IP extensions through an SD card connected to a central unit's CPU card. It allows companies to leverage service productivity and learn how their employees are treating customers, suppliers and partners. This allows evaluating and taking preventive and corrective actions, improving quality of service and customer satisfaction.

IP communication

By using an ICIP card, it is possible to expand Impacta centrals to up to 30 IP trunks and 120 IP extensions, offering more economy, agility and mobility to companies.

Impacta 94, 140, 220 and 300 centrals are modular. This provides ample adaptation to necessities and growth pace of each company, allowing application of flexible solutions that preserve the initial investment.
